#9 building the menu from code vs. ansi screens

I think it would be cleaner to have the screens build within the code, rather then having them as ansi files. If anything it's easier to edit code then running thedraw for any box size changes. I'm pretty sure the box code (from tradewars proxy) can be adapted to work here.
