#3 [Ship Request] Ancile

The Ancile is classified a `Light Cruiser`. In a study the ship has been classed as durable thanks to it's unique ability to `Deflector Shield` making it invincible to frontal attacks, but doesn't protect against collisions against other ships. The Ancile has 4 levels which alter the ability: - Level 1 the ability has 4 seconds of usage (with a 12 second cooldown) - Level 2 the ability has 6 seconds of usage (with a 10 second cooldown) - Level 3 the ability has 7 seconds of usage (with a 9 second cooldown) - Level 4 the ability has 8 seconds of usage (with a 8 second cooldown) > In addition to the ability the ship gains bonuses to it's health of +10 per level (so at level 1 it will have 110 health, and at level 4 it will have 140 heath) Todo: - Make sprites for ship - Make sprites for effect - Support time based ability rather than ability pickup (note, the ability pickup won't occur while in this ship)
