Need scripts that will move colonists (anywhere) to (anywhere).
Maybe you want to blow up a planet? Got to get the people off of it.
Trader scripts, that can trade between any ports/non port pairs. And handle being more then one sector apart.
Not sure how the input should be on that, maybe:
1024B2, 1034S2 -=> 1024 Buy Organics, 1034 Sell Organics.

Well I think the ColoScript2 does the moving colonists (anywhere) to (anywhere).
Ok, so that leaves the trade anywhere script. I guess I'll see if I remember how to do this.
